Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a strategic Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across construction, facility management, and related industries. You will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams on project delivery, performance monitoring, and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, law, management, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems
