You will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. The role reports to senior leadership and involves collaboration with project teams, procurement, legal, and finance to support project delivery and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals
• 2- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery
• 3- Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations
• 4- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims
• 5- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems
• 6- Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed
