About the Opportunity

A Performing Rights Organization is looking for an experienced Contract Manager with 5+ years of experience in contract management and review for a 3-4 month engagement, with the goal of clearing a substantial contract backlog by the end of 2026.

The work will involve reviewing agreements and updating metadata within the client's contract management system (Docusign's IAM platform, formerly CLM). The Contract Manager will work full-time supporting the client's in-house team through a high-volume contract review effort.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial agreements for accuracy and completeness
• Update and maintain metadata within Docusign's IAM/CLM system
• Support the legal team's effort to work through a high volume of contracts

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in contract management or contract review
• Comfortable and tech-savvy working within a contract lifecycle management platform (e.g. Docusign IAM/CLM)
• Available full-time for the duration of the engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the New York area, able to work hybrid in the companies Manhattan, NY offices (note: well qualified remote candidates are still encouraged to apply)
• Prior hands-on experience with Docusign specifically
• Location: Hybrid

• Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
