Job summary

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent required or BA/BS from 4-year college.
• 1+ years of contract or project procurement experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute contracts/change orders per company policy.
• Prepare, manage, and execute bid packages with cross-functional teams to ensure value.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
• Monitor contract execution per policy; resolve invoice and contractual issues with AP.
