Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of contract or project procurement experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi/Payscan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute contracts and change orders.
• Prepare and manage bid packages with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with laws, owner specs, and gov regulations.
• Input invoices into Yardi Voyager/Payscan after approvals.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure lien waivers and documents are obtained.
