Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required or a BA/BS from four-year college or university.
• 1+ years of contract/procurement experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute contracts/change orders per company policy.
• Prepare and manage bid packages with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with legal, owner specs, and regulations.
• Monitor contract execution per policy.
• Coordinate with AP to resolve invoice/contract issues.
