Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

General Summary

The position provides oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. It supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage O&M administration functions, addressing various actions and issues related to assigned contracts.
2. Monitor management plans to achieve contractual goals and support subcontractors, staff, trades, and crafts.
3. Schedule work activities efficiently.
4. Submit monthly progress reports as per contract and company requirements.
5. Manage contract resources and monitor budgets.
6. Ensure safety of all personnel, compliance with environmental standards, and quality of work.
7. Conduct staff training, safety meetings, and briefings.
8. Address customer and employee complaints.
9. Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and other Contract Management tasks in the field.
10. Perform additional duties as required.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA.
• Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems.
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and accident investigations.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in healthcare facility O&M.
• Experience servicing and renovating commercial buildings, managing diverse workforce for infrastructure maintenance and repair.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

Required:

• High School Diploma
