Job summary

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) seeks a Mid-Level Maintenance Controller Service Technician for the TOC in Seattle, WA. You will support maintenance, repair, and tests for flight operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Join a dynamic team working non-standard hours on a 4x10 schedule (days/evenings nights, weekends possible) and contribute to investigations, data analysis, and inter-team communications to keep test activities on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of aircraft maintenance experience or education.
• Proven ability to interact with customers and test crews.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance, repair and preventive measures.
• Develop in-service communications for safe operation of equipment.
• Assist in investigations and conference with engineering and ops teams.
• Prepare maintenance estimates with parts and tools required.
• Maintain TOC database and lead status meetings.
