Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, manage, and optimize training solutions for the Contract Logistics team. You will plan, implement, and maintain training programs ensuring new employees receive effective onboarding and ongoing development.

The role requires 2 years of training experience, familiarity with SAP or WMS, and strong communication skills. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Requires capable communication and presentation of training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and accomplish Basic Training for New Employees
• Assist management in determining how often training shall be performed through implementation of the QSHE Training Matrix
• Maintain the QSHE Training Matrix as the official training plan for the branch
• Assist management in maintaining the branch KNPS “Skills Assessment”
• Evaluate and Identify Branch Training Needs / Training Goals
• Ensure evidence of required and additional training is recorded and maintained
• Compile training statistics and reports for management
• Regularly evaluate and report on training effectiveness using both company-prescribed methods and other reasonable best practices
• Identify and achieve continuous improvement by comparing training effectiveness to training processes
• Understand and adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive of OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies
