Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Training Expert in the United States to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for a growing logistics team. You will partner with the National Training Manager to align programs with business needs and measure impact across operations.
You'll facilitate sessions, track attendance in the LMS, maintain records, and report on training metrics while ensuring accessibility and clear, engaging learning experiences for staff at all levels.

The Sea Logistics Training Expert is responsible for facilitating onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and current employees within a specific area, focusing on operational systems, field competencies, and soft skills. This role emphasizes effective facilitation techniques to ensure engaging and productive learning experiences. Working closely with the National Training Manager and key stakeholders, the Training Specialist ensures that all training sessions are aligned with business needs, accurately documented, and impactful.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
