Job summary

Idaho Milk Products seeks a Customer Account Representative – Fluids to manage customer service, production planning, and coordination with logistics. You will respond to orders and inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate communication and documentation across production, inventory, quality, and shipping.

The role requires processing orders, maintaining projections, and handling documentation requests while building strong relationships with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with external customers.
• 1+ years' experience in Production Planning, Logistics or Customer Service.
• Knowledgeable about customer service principles and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Processes purchase orders, order confirmations and verifies status of orders.
• Maintains sales projections worksheets including cream/fluid schedules.
• Fulfills customer product documentation requests: certificates of conformance and product information.
• Acts as primary interface between internal areas and customers to find solutions.
• Addresses complaints with QA to address quality issues.
• Builds long-term internal and external relationships through clear communication.
• Enters orders into the inventory management system, DSI.
• Reconciles goods availability and delivery dates with logistics.
• Negotiates with customers on butterfat settlements and communicates final settlements to Finance.
