Job description

Responsibilities will entail Warehouse Operation Setup & Innovation in the USA. The role involves frequent business trips to the LX Pantos warehouse / customer site. Meetings with public agencies and clients are also necessary to gather information for establishing a new business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instruct warehouse team members and perform tasks as a task leader based on judgment.
2. Establish operational processes and environment for new warehouse businesses in the USA.
3. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Warehouse & Distribution.
4. Audit warehouse operations regularly and update SOPs to improve efficiency.
5. Address operational issues collaboratively with warehouse staff and oversee improvement processes.
6. Support the stabilization of operations after the setup of a new warehouse.
7. Communicate with clients to establish operational processes and improvement plans.
8. Report on monthly operations metrics such as KPIs, stock counts, and inbound/outbound trends.
9. Support peak season operations and respond to operational inquiries.
10. Develop and monitor logistics cost reduction plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or associate degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
3. Experience in designing warehouses with CAD software (not compulsory).
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Willingness to undertake frequent business trips to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Korean are advantageous but not mandatory).
