Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in live events or branded content.
• Experience leading video projects from concept to delivery and coordinating with clients and partners.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with current video formats, delivery specifications, and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own video production projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Translate concepts and client objectives into actionable production plans.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, shot lists, crew plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
• Identify production risks and develop contingency plans; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, and quality standards.
• Lead on-site video production at live events; coordinate camera crews and live capture.
• Coordinate editorial workflows and manage post-production resources; ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative, Client Services, Producers, and Technical teams to align with event strategy.
