Job summary

Epiq is seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals to support a leading global law firm in New York City. This contract position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting litigation from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, with 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced law firm environment, and a solid understanding of discovery, document management, and litigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Draft, revise, proofread, and organize legal documents and case materials.
• Maintain case files, document repositories, and litigation databases.
• Assist with document review, discovery, and production processes.
• Coordinate filings and manage deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
• Prepare exhibits, hearing binders, and trial materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on case strategy.
