  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Transactional Paralegals to support a leading law firm client on a temporary basis. This role will assist attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a preference for candidates who have exposure to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in all phases of transactional matters
  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain transaction‑related documentation

Work Arrangement

Onsite in New York City Monday through Friday. Immediate availability preferred.

Compensation

The Compensation range for this role is $30.00 to 40.00 hourly. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Performance during screening and interview
  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
