Job summary

Epiq is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a leading global law firm in New York City. The contract role requires strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating directly with attorneys on complex matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, knowledge of discovery workflows, and professional communication skills. This hybrid role requires in-office work as required by the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Draft, revise, and organize legal documents and case materials.
• Maintain case files and litigation databases.
• Assist with discovery, production, and document review.
• Coordinate filings and manage deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
• Prepare exhibits, hearing binders, and trial materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and teams to support strategy.
