The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Program Coordinator II to support University Procurement by coordinating the full contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient routing, review, execution, and tracking in line with MUSC policies and the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code.

This role serves as a liaison between Procurement, the Office of General Counsel, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers, driving timely progress from initiation to final execution while supporting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, public administration, legal studies, or related field.
• Four (4) years of relevant program, procurement, or contract administration experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with contract documentation, systems, or workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract intake and administration, maintain contract records, coordinate review and redlining.
• Assist in process improvements and training material development for contract administration.
• Maintain database, dashboards, and provide updates on contracts in process.
• Facilitate communication among team members including Legal, Information Solutions, Finance, and external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned
