Job summary

Novolex in Lake Forest seeks an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management Systems Administrator and Paralegal to own CLM administration and process improvements. You will configure workflows, templates, and libraries while supporting the contracts team across Legal, IT, Procurement, and Sales.

Paralegal experience is a plus as you collaborate on data governance and reporting. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five years minimum administering or optimizing an enterprise CLM platform.
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, clause libraries, and permissions.
• Ability to translate contracting needs into scalable system solutions.
• Paralegal experience or a paralegal certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the CLM platform, including access, templates, metadata, and reporting.
• Serve as day‑to‑day CLM contact for contracts team and stakeholders.
• Support contract intake, workflow routing, and repository management.
• Maintain accurate contract data and process documentation.
• Identify improvements, training, and reporting needs with stakeholders.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
• Develop user guides and training materials for consistent tool usage.
• Generate dashboards and metrics for workload and cycle time.
