Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Paralegal to manage procurement contracts, from intake to signature, and to support the creation and review of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and related documents. You will work with Procurement, Commercial Legal, AI Infrastructure, and Finance teams to build a scalable contract function.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience, strong organization, and proficiency with e-signature tools.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience (2–6 years)
• Experience with procurement, commercial or technology contracts
• Familiar with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licenses

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of procurement contract requests and route for review
• Prepare first drafts of standard agreements from templates
• Conduct first-pass review and flag deviations for counsel
• Coordinate execution and e-signature workflows and filing
• Maintain contract repository and track key dates and obligations
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for leadership
