Job summary

Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking motivated associates in Chicago to manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review, drafting from templates, negotiation support, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving. You will maintain a centralized contract repository, ensure version control, and monitor key obligations.

The role supports negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other partners to align with company standards and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal support, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, document management systems, and electronic signature platforms.
• Experience maintaining contract repositories, corporate records, and legal documentation with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to archiving.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with version control.
• Monitor renewals, expirations, and key obligations.
• Coordinate execution via electronic signatures and maintain records.
• Support negotiations and align with company standards and risk tolerance.
• Identify and escalate legal, compliance, or commercial risks to Senior Counsel.
• Support governance records and reporting for contracts and matters.
• Improve contract intake, approval, review, and execution workflows.
