Pay Range

This range is provided by FullShift Staffing, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $43.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Responsibilities

1. Provide nursing care within scope of practice to meet patient needs, following standards, physician orders, policies, and regulations.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of infection control policies.
3. Participate in Quality Improvement programs.
4. Use the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring and placement.
5. Notify departments of patient status changes.
6. Conduct family and patient education.
7. Administer medications and treatments timely per facility policy.
8. Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders as permitted by Nurse Practice Act.
9. Make rounds with physicians when necessary.

Qualifications

1. Current LVN license in California.
2. Preferred: One-year nursing management experience.
3. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings preferred.
4. Experience with POINT CLICK CARE charting preferred.
