Job summary

TransPerfect Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Recruiter to manage contract legal placements, focusing on document review and litigation support. You will interview candidates, check references, extend offers, and onboard staff for each project.

This role requires strong organization, urgent prioritization, and exceptional communication. You will build candidate databases, advertise positions, and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience.
• Strong sense of urgency; extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Adept at full-cycle project management; excellent oral and written communication; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen problem-solving methodology; creative problem solving; ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations.
• Highly proficient in managing and maintaining databases; learning new software; experience with Outlook and Excel; eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectations.
• Build and update extensive candidate database.
• Confirm licensure, extend offers and onboard the staff for each project.
• Liaise with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partners.
• Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
