Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Contract Legal Recruiter to scale our world-class legal team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for counsel, regulatory, and federal proposal roles, building diverse pipelines while partnering with General Counsel and business leaders.

This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with top-tier candidates, represent Anduril’s brand, and leverage networks to secure critical talent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal/regulatory roles.
• Ability to assess legal capabilities (contract drafting, regulatory risk, GovCon) against requirements.
• Experience managing stakeholders with general counsel and proposal teams; transparent pipeline reporting.
• Autonomous yet collaborative; adept in a fast-growing, high-impact defense tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for legal counsel, contracts managers, trade compliance, and federal proposal roles.
• Target passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with Legal Leadership to understand needs and craft compelling value propositions for legal talent.
• Drive diverse pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team, communicating our business model and scale.
• Leverage market insights to promote Anduril’s value proposition to top legal talent.
