Anduril Industries is seeking a Contract Legal Recruiter to scale our legal and regulatory teams. You will spearhead full-cycle recruitment for counsel, trade compliance, and government/contracts roles, partnering with General Counsel and business units to meet ambitious growth targets.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced defense tech environment. This is a 6-month contract embedded with our recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal and regulatory roles.
• Experience assessing legal capabilities (contract drafting, regulatory risk, IP, GovCon rules).
• Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships with general counsel and capture teams.
• Clear and effective communication with legal candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a high-growth setting.
• U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential legal talent.
• Target and engage passive legal candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Partner with Legal Leadership to define role requirements and craft value propositions.
• Drive a diverse pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
• Leverage market insights to sell our value proposition to top legal talent.
