Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Contract Legal Recruiter embedded with our fast-growing legal team to hire world-class counsel, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent. You will partner with General Counsel and business leaders to define needs, build a diverse pipeline, and deliver high-quality candidates for critical expansions.

This is a contract role with scope for impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting focused on legal and regulatory roles.
• Experience assessing contract drafting, regulatory risk, GovCon procurement.
• Strong relationship management with General Counsel and proposal teams.
• Experience using data to report progress and trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of legal talent.
• Target and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Partner with Legal Leadership to define role requirements.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline with a strong candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
• Leverage market insights to articulate value proposition to top talent.
