Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Cyber Software Test Engineer to join the Mission Systems team. This role supports evaluation plans, test readiness, and data-driven decision making across several performance sites, including Annapolis Junction, San Antonio, Aurora, and Carey.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI with polygraph, a STEM degree, and 8+ years in test engineering or software testing. Expect comprehensive T&E activities and collaboration with government sponsors.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 8+ years of related experience in test engineering or software testing.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Familiarity with modeling and simulation for T&E activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and test plans to develop evaluation procedures and reports.
• Support development of T&E documentation such as Strategy and Master Plans.
• Coordinate with government and test organizations for T&E integration.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for evaluation results.
• Plan and execute performance data collection and risk-based testing levels.
