Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in transactional practice at a law firm or in-house.
• Deep familiarity with liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts and provide clear analyses.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and high accuracy in contract review.
• Expertise in technology transactions is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sound judgment and a high level of accuracy in contract review and interpretation.
• Expertise in technology transactions considered a strong plus.
