Job summary

TRDI is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee daily operations under a Government contract in Meridian, MS. You will coordinate employees, subcontractors, and resources to meet contract requirements and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and safety program administration across EM 385-1-1 and OSHA guidelines. Flexible schedule considerations and a focus on results are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and vendors follow contract and regulatory requirements.
• Act as point of contact with Government and authorize decisions within scope.
• Oversee contract budgeting and scheduling of personnel, inventory, and vehicles.
• Lead performance evaluations and implement process improvements.
• Maintain safety programs per OSHA and EM 385-1-1.
