TRDI is seeking a Supervisor – Janitorial to oversee daily janitorial operations at military facilities in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will manage staff, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate schedules and budgets under the guidance of management.

The role requires OSHA 30-hour certification, strong leadership, and the ability to work with diverse teams while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of workers across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations per contract.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, timecards, and supply/inventory management.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and training.
• Maintain safety programs and OPSEC procedures.
