Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative experience, preferably in AR/AP or order management.
• Association degree preferred but not required if experience is demonstrated.
• Excellent attention to detail; highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry skills with ability to identify numerical errors using 10-key, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Print and proofread contracts for accuracy.
• Distribute contracts to pertinent parties via email or fax.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders for accuracy (price, terms, origin, quantities, etc.).
• Notify yards and shippers of order cancellations and close orders in ERP.
• Enter billing weights to create invoices and mail/fax/e-mail invoices as required.
• Reconcile freight and supplier invoices, verify rates, and ensure timely payments.
• Document management and file organization; support team as needed.
