• 2–3+ years in internal or corporate communications
• Ability to work on-site at Devens, MA campus
• Strong writing, proofreading, and line-editing skills
• Visual design eye for slides, layout, branding (Google Slides)
• Comfort with using generative AI tools in daily workflows
• Ability to manage tight daily deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, publish internal messaging across emails, Slack, Confluence, and digital signage
• Coordinate content submissions with cross-functional leads
• Refine presentation slide decks to branding standards
• Coordinate All-Hands meetings including logistics and Q&A tools
• Support On-Site events in Devens with AV/IT and post-meeting recaps
