Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support end-to-end intake, routing, approval, execution, and recordkeeping of development-related agreements. The role coordinates contracts, reviews, and signatures, ensuring completeness and auditable records while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

You will manage workflows, maintain accurate files, and help drive process improvements without owning negotiations or providing legal advice.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in business administration, legal studies, construction management, supply chain, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level to 3 years in procurement, sourcing operations, contract administration, or related administrative role.
• Experience with electronic documents, workflows, shared records, or approval tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, checklists, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log development-related agreements for approval and execution.
• Check routing requests and packages for required fields, exhibits, templates, signer info, and supporting docs.
• Notify project teams of missing or outdated information and track corrections.
• Organize drafts, redlines, final forms, and superseded versions.
• Set up internal approvals using Delegation of Authority and approval matrices.
• Route packages to reviewers/approvers in the correct sequence and track statuses.
• Create DocuSign envelopes from routing requests and confirm signer details.
• Monitor envelope status, send reminders, and address routine questions.
• Distribute fully executed agreements to authorized recipients.
• Maintain contract files, versions, and archived records; ensure secure access.
• Provide routine reporting on intake volume, status, aging, and backlog.
• Assist with testing and implementation of workflow improvements.
