Responsibilities include developing courses from intake to launch in the LMS, designing eLearn and classroom content, and providing cost reports. Onsite meetings are expected in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Execute course development from intake through launch in the LMS
• Revise, design, and develop eLearn and classroom instructional content
• Launch and test learning content within the LMS
• Generate quarterly reports on itemized training costs for billing purposes
• Create program boards in the LMS
• Strong project management skills to coordinate training initiatives between Consumers Energy and the subsidiary
