Job summary

Associa is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft scalable learning experiences that boost product adoption, customer success, and employee growth. You will develop eLearning, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended programs, using Storyline, Rise, and advanced PowerPoint skills.

You will partner with Product Enablement, SMEs, and L&D to translate complex workflows into clear learning solutions, ensuring consistency across Transformation and Organic Growth teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design, education, or related field.
• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development experience, SaaS/tech preferred.
• Portfolio of instructional design work including eLearning, guides, microlearning, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning materials: eLearning modules, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product Enablement, and L&D to translate complex SaaS workflows into engaging content.
• Maintain content with version control and align with governance standards.
• Develop assessment tools and measurements to evaluate learning impact.
