Contract Infection Prevention Supervisor (RN) for a 13-week hospital assignment, overseeing infection prevention programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead infection prevention programs and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement control procedures
Maintain documentation and reporting of infection metrics, incidents, and audits
Execute routine inspections and assessments of infection control practices
Support floor staff as needed while adhering to facility policies
Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
Infection prevention certification preferred; CPR; BLS
Minimum 3 years infection prevention experience
Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Hospital setting experience required
Ability to assist on the floor
Independent work ethic, strong team player, professional demeanor, adherence to protocols, flexibility in start time, comfortable in LTC and acute care
Premium pay 13% above market average with weekly direct deposit
