Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention program development and evaluation to reduce healthcare-associated infections.
• Coordinate employee health services, including pre-employment screening and immunization tracking.
• Perform surveillance, outbreak investigation, and data-driven reporting with clear dashboards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for audits with thorough documentation.
• Provide staff education on infection prevention, PPE, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions and improve metrics.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to infection prevention and employee health.
• Manage vaccination programs and exposure management for employees, including incident follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead quality initiatives.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on infectious diseases relevant to the workplace.
• Participate in risk assessments and develop control measures for high-risk areas.
