Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert infection prevention guidance to clinical staff and leadership
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor infection control policies
- Maintain documentation of infection prevention activities, audits, and compliance metrics
- Assist on the floor as needed, supporting clinical staff during patient care
- Execute quality improvement initiatives related to infection prevention and control protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent RN credential
- Current RN license in Montana
- Infection Prevention Certification (CPI or equivalent)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with recent infection prevention expertise
- Experience in LTC and Acute Care settings
- Ability to assist on floor and work independently
- Strong knowledge of facility protocols and infection control procedures
- Professional demeanor with ability to follow strict guidelines
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment with flexibility in shift start times

You hold a current Montana RN license and CPI certification. You have three years infection prevention experience in acute care. You can lead audits, train staff, and improve safety protocols
