Job summary

iSpace, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a seasoned project manager for a blended onsite/offsite contract (4 days on site, 1 day remote).

You will lead and coordinate PS&P initiatives, define scope, deliverables, milestones, and governance with business and IT stakeholders. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain integrated project plans, escalate blockers, prepare status reports, facilitate workshops, SIT/UAT planning, and ensure smooth cutovers and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering PS&P initiatives with defined scope, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate SAP functional/technical resources, infrastructure, security, and testing teams.
• Maintain integrated project plans; escalate blockers to leadership.
• Prepare clear status reports with milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops: requirements, design reviews, testing, cutover.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT planning, readiness, defect triage, go-live, hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for PS&P initiatives with defined scope and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery accountability.
• Maintain integrated project plans and escalate items requiring leadership direction.
• Prepare status reports covering milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and readiness reviews across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT planning, testing progress, and go-live readiness.
