Croda is seeking an HR Generalist for a 15-month contract based at our Princeton, NJ site. You will support North American HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR data, and immigration support in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers exposure to full cycle HR activities, data governance, and reporting while working closely with managers and HR partners to deliver a positive employee experience.

This is a site based, 15‑month contract role based in Princeton, NJ.
Contract, hourly range: $26.44 to $31.25 per hour.
This range reflects the base salary the company resonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
