Responsibilities

• Confers with providers, department staff, community resources, and other officials to explain contract, grant, and RFP processes.
• Reviews contracts, grants, and RFPs for feasibility, cost, and impact and provides input.
• Conducts on-site visits with public and private providers; discusses plans, priorities and performance-based contracting.
• Collects and analyzes performance data; monitors and reports provider performance and benchmarking.
• Reviews program policies and proposes changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinates with community resources and agencies to encourage cooperation in service delivery.
• Prepares training materials and delivers presentations to external resources and agency employees.
