Job summary

LHH US seeks an experienced FP&A Manager (Temporary) to support the supply chain finance function. The role focuses on COGS, gross margin, and manufacturing performance across multiple sites, delivering insights to leadership.

This 6-month contract in Bridgewater, NJ offers flexible onsite/hybrid/remote work and an hourly rate of $40–$50. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A within manufacturing or CPG, and strong data and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience with COGS, gross margin analysis, and operational financial reporting.
• Manufacturing or CPG industry experience required (pharma preferred).
• Ability to work with large, complex data sets across multiple sites.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strong communication skills with leadership presentation abilities.
• Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced interim environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Perform detailed COGS and gross margin analysis.
• Consolidate data from multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop financial models for performance tracking and forecasting.
• Provide clear reporting packages and leadership presentations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in production costs and inventory.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed.
