Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Santa Cruz, CA is hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide ADL support for residents in an Assisted Living setting. You will assist with toileting, diaper changes, bathing, feeding and grooming, while fostering compassion, dignity and a safe, engaging daily routine that promotes residents’ independence.

You’ll participate in ISP development and monthly updates, support infection control for residents and staff, and assist the Medication Aide as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State-certified program with all updates completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR, TB test, and COVID vaccination/certification.
