Qualifications

• 10+ years of footwear design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept and concept development across cleated footwear.
• Define testing protocols and validate concepts.
• Lead projects with cross-disciplinary teams from concept to production.
• Communicate findings and best practices to stakeholders.
