Job summary

The Arc Alliance is seeking an Early Intervention Social Worker on a flexible, part-time contract basis to support families in Montgomery and Chester Counties, PA.

In this role you will coach caregivers, complete session notes per EI regulations, and help families access community resources while navigating multiple agencies. Travel within the counties may be required, and state-mandated trainings are provided.

Qualifications

• Very young children experience required.
• Current Pennsylvania Social Work License required.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of welfare/benefit sources and related agencies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and foster supportive relationships between clients and The Arc Alliance and its affiliated agencies.
• Provide coaching within activities and routines of daily living for caregivers.
• Complete session notes per EI regulations detailing progress and next steps.
• Complete 24 hours of required state trainings for EI regulations.
• Assist families by helping navigate available resources and services.
• Travel within Montgomery, Berks and Chester Counties as needed.
