Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in event management or production.
• Must be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to design and implement processes to improve execution.
• Comfort working with ambiguity as we grow.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production for partners’ and our own events and projects.
• Facilitate communications between all teams and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Coach and mentor venue-based teams to deliver unparalleled client satisfaction.
• Assist partners with navigating logistical planning and venue-specific requirements.
• Coordinate run-of-show and day-of-event operations; maintain CRM records.
• Ensure compliance with all permits, licenses, and city codes, and coordinate vendor relations.
