David Yurman is seeking an Email Marketing Producer for a consulting engagement in New York City, hybrid in-office. This role owns the day-to-day execution of email campaigns, collaborates with Site, Retail, Creative, Marketing, CRM and Data teams, and drives high-quality customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, strong SFMC skills (Email Studio, audiences, segmentation), HTML/CSS know-how, and solid reporting capabilities.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns in a high-volume retail or fashion environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize.
• Ability to independently manage campaign production from intake through deployment, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, campaigns, audiences and segmentation setup, personalization, testing, deployment and reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and email clients.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and UTM tracking for campaign performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including build, scheduling, testing and deployment.
• QA campaigns to ensure accurate rendering across platforms and clients.
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and identify optimization opportunities.
• Share insights with cross-functional partners to inform broader marketing efforts.
• Handle multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
