Job summary

Tech Mirrors in New York City is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to design, build, and optimize email campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. You will collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable journeys, manage data extensions, and run testing to maximize engagement and ROI.

The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience, strong HTML/CSS/AMPscript skills, and ability to analyze campaign

Qualifications

3–5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).
Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated and drip email campaigns.
Extensive experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Trig gered Sends.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to review requirements and design Marketing Cloud solutions.
Design, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools.
Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
Create and manage Data Extensions, lists, and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Design multi-step journeys with Journey Builder and build automations with Automation Studio.
Support data integrations, reporting, and KPI tracking; perform A/B tests to improve ROI.
QA email rendering, deliverability, and tracking across devices; troubleshoot issues.
