Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations in San Jose, CA. This 2-month contract role handles high-volume customer calls, schedules technicians, and assists with project and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has dispatch or scheduling experience, comfort with data entry, and strong organizational skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and long-term potential exists if the team member excels and the project leads

Qualifications

• Answer and manage high-volume inbound customer calls (approximately 50-60 calls per day).
• Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate updates with customers.
• Support project and operational teams with administrative tasks.
• Assist with generating and tracking reports for customers and counties.
• Maintain spreadsheets and perform data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Create and issue purchase orders as needed.
• Monitor work orders, schedules, and service completion status.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, Operations, and Office Management teams.
