Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist on a contract basis for a role based in Houston, TX.

You will drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across web and campaign channels, building pages and optimizing content for user experience. You will manage campaigns across web, paid, social, and other channels, apply SEO best practices, and report on performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web marketing, campaign execution, SEO or related areas.
• Hands-on experience developing or managing web and landing-page content within a CMS.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
• Experience with web analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, or campaign platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop new landing pages and campaign pages while optimizing existing website content for UX, engagement, and conversion.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, paid, social, and other digital channels.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
• Support website content updates, page launches, campaign tracking, and ongoing digital optimization.
• Perform quality assurance across pages, links, forms, tracking, and campaign assets to ensure everything functions properly.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to digital content, campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Support broader marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and interest in the company’s products and services.
