Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a contracted position to support residents with nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy. Qualifications

• Minimum: associate's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences or related field.
• One year of experience as a Dietary Technician; bachelor's degree in related field and CDR licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy to residents.
• Evaluate, monitor and document nutritional status and needs of residents.
• Identify and provide nutritional counselling to meet cultural needs of residents.
• Work with on-site dietitian for high-risk cases and write dietary orders.
